Apple's Unexpected and Aggravating Marketing Fall short - Program Malpractice?

Apple's Unexpected Advertising Blunder
Along with hoards of other individuals, I increased my completely excellent iPhone 4 for the new iPhone 4S. Why? Siri. Am I happy?  No.
I "listened" to the iPhone 4S release - from stay site channels. I was actually quite upset.  A quicker processor?  The iPhone 4 was quick enough for me. Same "defective" exposed-glass style that is certain to crack initially you decrease it (my first iPhone 4 survived two days).  Terrible, you can't even display your new iPhone off because it looks similar to the old one. No crowd asking you "what do you think of your new iPhone????"
The One Thing
The one somewhat new function - Siri. Of course, Siri used to be available on all iPhones (albeit not as integrated) until IOS 5.0 came along.  At first, I determined to delay for a actual iPhone improvement.  But I couldn't carry out, I "had" to have Siri.  So I shelled out $199 and finalized up for a 2 season AT&T expansion.  All so I could laze in the wonder of having my own smartphone known as Siri.

So far, Apple's done an amazing advertising job. They've somehow assured me to buy something that I not only didn't need, but didn't really want.  I desired something new, whiz-bang miracle. Something that appeared different. And something that wasn't unbelievably delicate.
Then I Began Using Siri
One of my primary opinions is that an excellent products is excellent advertising. However, a bad products is bad advertising.
Siri is a bad products.  It is faulty in function as well as style.
Sometimes it operates, sometimes it doesn't. When it operates, it operates very well.  When it doesn't operate, it's shocking.  I really like it.  I dislike it.  It has such excellent guarantee.  It completely neglects to produce.
Sometimes, Siri will go for long intervals, and basically not be able to procedure any needs at all.  By that, I mean that it usually just disregards you - as if you hadn't said anything at all.  Or sometimes it will tell you that it's not operating.
